By far the most gas-economical stoves in our assessment have been the ones that use a significant propane tank. With these stoves, we used a full 11-pound tank and weighed it between uses. Nonetheless, the tank was as well significant to implement with our smaller, much more delicate scale, so it's actually not inconceivable that our much larger sc
